How does the square-foot pricing work?
Four printed rates: 10 cents a square foot standard, 15 deep, 20 move-out, 25 post-reno, with a $99 minimum on small units. Your square footage is already on the county record, so a 1,500 square foot home is $150 standard, $225 deep, $300 move-out, $375 post-reno. You text photos, we confirm the footage and the time, and that number is the bill before anyone touches a mop.
What's in a standard clean?
Kitchens degreased and shined, bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected, floors vacuumed and mopped, every surface dusted, mirrors, switch plates, baseboard-level tidy. The printed checklist lists all of it, and it's signed and left on your counter every visit.
Do you bring supplies?
Everything. Products, vacuum, mop, cloths. If someone in the house needs fragrance-free or a specific product, say so in the text and it's handled at no charge.
Can you come every week?
That's the best version of us. Weekly and biweekly regulars hold a standing slot with the same crew at the same dime a square foot, no seasonal creep. Your key or code is logged, locked, and never copied.
Do you do Airbnb turnovers?
Yes, that's its own lane: $89 flat between checkouts. Linens changed, staging reset to your photos, restock list checked, and a photo set texted to you when the door locks.
Pets? Keys? Alarm codes?
Pets are fine, tell us names and rules. Keys and codes live in a locked log with the crew lead only. If the alarm needs a dance, put it in the first text and it's in the checklist forever.
