Service and payment terms
Your request and quote
A website request does not book an appointment or charge your card. We confirm availability, scope and price with you. Published prices assume ordinary conditions and accessible work areas. Square-foot services use County Assessor living area. Additional work requires your approval before it starts.
Payment
Credit and debit cards are accepted through Stripe. A 50% reservation fee is due after we confirm the booking. You pay the remaining balance through a separate secure link after completion. No automatic charge is triggered by submitting this form.
Cancellation and rescheduling
More than 48 hours before the appointment, the reservation fee is refundable. Inside that window, it is non-refundable. Rescheduling inside the window costs $40. A same-day cancellation or no-show forfeits the reservation fee. After three client cancellations, recurring service may be discontinued. Contact us for a cancellation, reschedule or refund request. We confirm how the policy applies before processing it.
Hours and service boundaries
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Other availability is confirmed individually before booking. Each service description lists included and excluded work. Specialty, hazardous or inaccessible work requires separate review. Property checks and house sitting are not professional inspections, security monitoring or emergency services.
