What is included
- Interior walkthrough for anything that needs attention
- Hard floors swept, visible carpet lightly vacuumed, dead insects removed
- Counters and sinks wiped where they show, lids closed, towels straightened
- Blinds, rugs, pillows and light furniture straightened after showings
- Flyers and notices cleared, mail and packages collected per your instructions
- Showing debris and small trash removed, liners replaced when available
- Final visual check before leaving, and anything of concern reported
What is not included
- Deep cleaning, full-home sanitizing or mopping throughout the property
- Carpet shampooing or extraction and window cleaning
- Landscaping, yard work, pool maintenance or pest control
- Repairs, maintenance or appliance repair
- Trash-out, junk removal or biohazard cleanup
- Moving furniture or personal property, or damage remediation
What broom-swept means
Visible debris and dead insects are swept up. Rugs, blinds and light furnishings are straightened. This is a light presentation visit. It does not include full dusting, mopping throughout or deep cleaning.
Before we book
We confirm the property's condition, access, exact scope and appointment with you. Extra work requires your approval before we begin. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday. We confirm any other availability and price with you.
After confirmation, a 50% reservation is payable through Stripe. The balance is payable through a separate link after completion.
