Privacy
When you request a service, we collect the name, phone number, optional email, property details and service information you submit. We use them to respond, prepare a quote and manage the job.
Who handles the information
The booking manager can view requests. The assigned operator can view the jobs assigned to them. Requests are stored in our hosted job database. Stripe handles card entry and processing on its checkout pages. We do not store card numbers in the job board.
Property access and photos
Do not submit alarm, gate or lockbox codes in this public form. The booking manager arranges access separately. Access details entered into the private board are encrypted at rest. Photos sent by text use your messaging service and its privacy terms. This website does not upload photos.
Technical data
Hosting services process request information needed to serve and secure the site. The private console uses a session cookie to keep authorized users signed in. Public visitors do not need an account.
Questions and corrections
Use our request form or email Persquarefoot520@gmail.com to ask about information you provided, correct it or request deletion. Payment and business records may need to be retained to fulfill the service and recordkeeping obligations.
