What is not included
- Furniture rental, delivery, removal or off-site storage
- Moving services or moving exceptionally heavy furniture
- Purchasing furniture or décor, or hanging or installing heavy artwork
- Repairs, painting, deep cleaning or junk removal
- Professional interior design or permanent alterations
- Personal belongings are not discarded
- Third-party purchases, rentals and services are separate from the staging fee
Before we book
We confirm the property's condition, access, exact scope and appointment with you. Extra work requires your approval before we begin. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday. We confirm any other availability and price with you.
After confirmation, a 50% reservation is payable through Stripe. The balance is payable through a separate link after completion.
