What is included

What is not included
- Nothing is thrown out, donated or sold without your say so
- Documents, medication, jewelry, cash, firearms and collectibles are left for you to handle
- Hoarding remediation, biohazard cleanup or hazardous-material removal
- Large-scale junk removal, moving services, heavy-furniture moving or off-site storage
- Estate liquidation, appraisals or valuation, or selling belongings for you
- Document shredding or shelving and storage-system installation
- Organizing products unless separately authorized, and professional deep cleaning
- Donation drop-off, junk removal, storage products or other third-party costs
Before we book
We confirm the property's condition, access, exact scope and appointment with you. Extra work requires your approval before we begin. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday. We confirm any other availability and price with you.
After confirmation, a 50% reservation is payable through Stripe. The balance is payable through a separate link after completion.
