We verify living square footage with the County Assessor. Garages, patios and porches are excluded unless listed in the service scope.
What is included
- Kitchen counters cleared and the few things that stay arranged right
- Bathrooms cleared, towels straightened, lids down
- Beds made, bedding straightened, cords and chargers out of frame
- Living areas styled, pillows and throws arranged, rugs squared
- Every interior light checked, including under cabinet, range hood and microwave
- Room by room walkthrough for anything a camera will catch
- Carpet vacuumed for clean lines where it shows

Before we book
We confirm the property's condition, access, exact scope and appointment with you. Extra work requires your approval before we begin. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday. We confirm any other availability and price with you.
After confirmation, a 50% reservation is payable through Stripe. The balance is payable through a separate link after completion.
