What is included
- Exterior check for damage, disturbance or forced entry before going in
- Interior walkthrough for leaks, staining, odors, pests and anything unexpected
- Every toilet flushed and every accessible faucet run about three minutes
- Under sinks and around toilets checked for water
- Thermostat checked and confirmed responsive, 80 cooling and 60 heating unless you say otherwise
- Water heater vacation mode verified when you ask for it
- Refrigerator and appliances checked, mail and packages collected
- Everything confirmed off and secured before leaving
What is not included
- Professional property inspection
- Security monitoring
- Repairs, HVAC servicing or diagnostics, plumbing repairs, and electrical repairs or testing
- Roof inspections, pool maintenance, landscaping or pest control
- Deep cleaning or routine housekeeping
- Moving or handling personal belongings, emergency response or contractor supervision
- Opening walls, cabinets, equipment or inaccessible areas
- The visit is not a guarantee that damage, failure, intrusion, theft or pests will be found or prevented
Before we book
We confirm the property's condition, access, exact scope and appointment with you. Extra work requires your approval before we begin. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday. We confirm any other availability and price with you.
After confirmation, a 50% reservation is payable through Stripe. The balance is payable through a separate link after completion.
